Will Insurance Cover Ketamine Treatments?

At this time, Ketamine Infusion Therapy is not covered by insurance. In an effort to make this treatment more accessible to those that need it most, Revitalist has created an affordable cost structure to best suit the needs of our East Tennessee community. Revitalist also works with outside financing companies, like AdvanceCare and M-Lend Financial, to provide funds covering ketamine infusion therapy.

Applicable forms of payment include cash, check, credit card, HSA, FSA, and financial treatment plans through AdvanceCare or M-Lend Financial.

NOTE: Although ketamine infusions are not covered by insurance at this time, we still do offer complete itemized documentation (Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company following the treatment series for possible medical reimbursement. Some clients have had success in achieving partial reimbursement. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be completed by our billing specialists. Cost of this service is $50.
